Three weeks without baking

Over the last few weeks, I have realised how much I usually cook and bake. It’s who and what I am. For three weeks I didn’t bake at all. I did feel a little lost.

But I am now lucky enough to have a beautiful new kitchen and bread classes are restarting!

Baked in a standard oven using cast iron pans - just to prove to my students that it works!
